The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, packaging, and invoices must be included.

Customized, personalized, or intimate items are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping charges, except when the return is due to a defective product or a mistake by Usha Garments.

We recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of the returned item.

Usha Garments is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, contact our customer support with your order details and preferred replacement item.

If the replacement item has a different price, the difference will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide a photograph of the product and a description of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, including shipping costs in such cases.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and vouchers

Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
